Public Offer Agreement
The Wild Rose — Canada
This Public Offer (the “Agreement”) defines the terms and conditions under which The Wild Rose provides products and services in Canada. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Wild Rose offers fresh flower bouquets, arrangements, and related services, including complimentary delivery within the Vancouver area and Tri-Cities.
2. Ordering
• Orders may be placed online, by phone, or via our official social media accounts.
• Customers may request delivery for a specific date and time, subject to availability.
• Orders are accepted daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Orders placed after 9:00 PM are processed the following morning.
3. Delivery
• Orders may be placed online, by phone, or via our official social media accounts.

4. Payment
• Payment is made by agreement with the customer, either by card or in cash upon delivery.
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are shown without tax. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout or upon payment.
5. Product Availability & Substitution
• Some flowers or bouquets may be seasonally unavailable or temporarily out of stock.
• The Wild Rose reserves the right to substitute flowers with others of equal or greater value, while maintaining the style and overall look of the bouquet.
• Minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
• Orders canceled 24 hours before delivery are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Wild Rose is not liable for:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
• The recipient being unavailable at the agreed delivery time.
• Natural factors affecting flowers after delivery (e.g., improper care, temperature exposure).
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
